There may be communication with the sales staff in the middle. What is the problem? Contact the customer. Once confirmed, the drawings will be printed to the relevant departments.

After the ordering process is completed, it's the counter production link. First of all, the production is started by the woodworking department. At the beginning, regardless of the material, how much material is needed for the cabinet, it is easy to open the material and assemble it. After calculating the materials, start making, and make according to the drawings and craftsmanship. The key to the structure of the counter depends on the woodworking technology. The woodworker finishes the rough and goes to the paint department for processing.

The painting aspect is a technical job, and the beauty of the cabinet is controlled by the paint aspect. First make up the putty, polish, and then beat the pig blood ash (maybe not needed in the north), then polish, then spray the primer (twice), then polish, and finally do the top coat. The process is complicated, but problems such as potholes and nail holes have to be dealt with. I didn't deal with it well before, and it's still a bit difficult to make a finish.

The top coat is very important, especially on both sides. After spraying, you have to wait to dry, and you are working in a dust-free roasting room. The environmental requirements are high, depending on the level of the paint master's oil adjustment and the master's fuel injection technique.

When the cabinet paint is dry, go to the installation department to assemble it. Workers here must protect the paint from scratches and also deal with hygiene issues. After that, they will be packaged and shipped for installation.
